In the aspect of CAE analysis, due to the different disciplines and fields involved and the different product suppliers of each analysis software, although each analysis technology leads in each field of a single discipline, it is still in the stage of information island, The connection of various analysis tools becomes a difficult point in the analysis process. The technical requirements of collaborative analysis and multidisciplinary optimization will also reduce the cost to a certain extent. The economic requirements of improving analysis efficiency make the integration of various analysis tools and the establishment of a unified analysis integration platform a development trend

2 functions of the platform

using the mature PDM data management system, the analysis integration platform should be able to realize:

integration of simulation tools: through the integration of CAE software, open up the data interface from CAD to CAE and between CAE software, realize complete data transmission, and form a complete analysis and optimization process data flow. Including data transmission and sharing among various performance simulation software such as structure, fluid, vibration and noise; CAE software directly shares CAD digital prototype to realize data sharing and bidirectional parameter driving between CAD and CAE; Realize the combination of optimization tools and optimization processes

management of simulation data: it is mainly used to manage the model, result and other data of system simulation analysis, including simulation model, result file, analysis report, script and other files. This function can be realized with the help of PDM system

simulation process management: establish corresponding work simulation processes for specific simulation projects, and control simulation tasks through the management of work processes. A process template library is established to store customized process templates, which can be modified conveniently and pertinently according to different specific analysis projects in the future. The design optimization model is established based on the multidisciplinary comprehensive performance simulation process, and the multidisciplinary comprehensive performance design optimization is studied

3 analysis integration platform framework

according to the functions to be realized, the analysis integration platform can be built based on PDM and using ANSYS Workbench and fiber software. Among them, ANSYS Workbench is used to integrate the pre and post CAE processors and solvers, open up the data interface from CAD to CAE and CAE software, and manage the simulation interface; Fiber is used to establish simulation and multidisciplinary optimization processes, and manage process interfaces. The discipline module encapsulation, process reuse, distributed computing and multidisciplinary optimization of the simulation process are realized through fiber, which can realize the project-oriented performance simulation process, establish the design optimization model based on the multidisciplinary comprehensive performance simulation process, carry out the multidisciplinary comprehensive performance design optimization research, and realize the application of optimization design

3.2.3 pre and post processing module:

4 key technologies

4.2 control of analysis process in the platform:

in the analysis integration platform, the general analysis process is usually the joint analysis of several analysis tools. In this joint analysis, the sequence of calling relationships among various analysis software, who performs which stage of analysis and how to manage the distributed computer resources in the analysis process are the processes to establish simulation and optimization analysis, Realizing the control of the analysis process is the key to whether the simulation task can be completed on time with quality and quantity guaranteed. Therefore, the control of the analysis process through independent development and research is the key technology for the establishment of this platform

5 conclusion and outlook

after the above analysis, based on the original PDM data management system currently being debugged, through the ANSYS Workbench, the technical integration of the analysis and simulation process and the collaboration of the pre and post-processing processes can be realized, the data connection between various CAE software can be opened, and the information island can be eliminated. Through FIPER, the process customization and management of analysis and simulation can be realized, and multidisciplinary optimization can be realized in cooperation with workbench
